Set in the near fut chevrolet ure surfer city of Shonan Enoshima, "Scrap Surfers" challenge the cadillac waves of a junk-filled ocean. The expensive antiques that float amongst other items of junk in the sea and a mysterious technology named "Nagisa Engine" intertwine as a transient summer story unfolds. Art by cutting edge radical manga artist Ayako Yamaguchi. Story by Ryosuke Oda.
Episode 3 is set in the winter of 2043. The "Broken Wing Angels" - a biker gang - thunders down the coast highway with modded scooters. What new predicament do they find themselves in that night? And what is the history between Monkey, who mysteriously blacked out, and Hirofumi?
